David Cappel is a real estate broker serving Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Licensed since 2016, he works with buyers, sellers, and new construction clients throughout the Greater Albuquerque area, with a focus on properties ranging from $350,000 to $2 million.

Before entering real estate, he spent more than 45 years in business, including extensive experience in construction, contracting, and financial planning. This unique background allows him to provide clients with valuable insight into property quality, construction methods, long-term value, and financial considerations that many brokers simply cannot offer.

 

David is known for his ability to evaluate properties through both a construction and investment lens, helping buyers and sellers identify opportunities, avoid costly surprises, and make informed decisions. His expertise was recently recognized through his consulting work with Bernalillo County on the Tiny Home Village for the Homeless project in Albuquerque, as well as receiving the 2021 SIPA Excellence in Building Award for Best Under 900 Square Foot Single Family Dwelling.
